Purge Porn From Your Life…Watch What Happens.

“I count him braver who overcomes his desires than him who conquers his enemies; for the hardest victory is over self”

-Aristotle

Quit porn now.

It is a tool used to weaken men.

I confess…

porn is something that I struggled with….

It was a way for me to escape the challenges of life.

Stressed out–>porn.

lonely–>porn.

Bored–> porn

But porn usually results in a downward spiral.

Unlimited novelty at the edge of your finger tips….

The cost?

Your drive.

Your time.

Your peace of mind.

Your dignity.

Porn shifts your focus from the long game to the short game.

Porn conditions you to pursue lust over all else.

Unlimited novelty + Amplified Sexual Ques (Big boobs/ass) = Dopamine Nuke bombs on your brain.

Chasing lust suddenly becomes the epicenter of your life.

Lift weights…

No…chase lust.

Hone my programming skills….

No…chase lust.

Pursue a more fulfilling career…

No….chase lust.

Watching porn literally conditions your reward centers to peak when watching another man achieve his biological prerogative (nutting on broken women).

You are literally cucking your reward center.

“But Mikey this is the MGTOWmastery blog…we don’t care about biological prerogatives”

You should.

Why?

Because…

Sexual Transmutation

Sex transmutation is simple and easily explained. It means the switching of the mind from thoughts of physical expression, to thoughts of some other nature.

Sex desire is the most powerful of human desires.

So strong and impelling is the desire for sexual contact that men freely run the risk of life and reputation to indulge it. (See simps)

A river may be dammed, and its water controlled for a time, but eventually, it will force an outlet. The same is true of the emotion of sex.”

-Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich

“what horse shit….”

Some of you are thinking it.

“If I go a week without busting a nut I can’t focus……..transmutation…..more like giant waste of time.”

I’ll be honest I thought it was horse shit too….until I tried it out for myself.

After a week of abandoning lust and porn….I realize these benefits:

  • Increased energy
  • The desire to get stuff done
  • Decrease in lethargy
  • Loads of time
  • Higher confidence/focus

After a month….

  • Sexual desire replaced w/ desire to improve my own life
  • Even more energy
  • Changes in preference….a desire to read instead of video games…classical music as opposed to other genres

So is this some sort of magic/placebo?

No….

Quitting Porn: An exercise of will

“The transmutation of sex energy calls for the exercise of will-power…..but the reward is worth the effort.”

Emphasis on Willpower–>

Quitting porn is to will power as lifting weights is to your muscles.

Each day you can resist the monstrous temptation of cucking your dopamine reward center….

A transformational leakage permeates into every area of your life.

Instead of spilling semen on to toilet paper your will becomes strong enough to channel that energy into other endeavors:

-Health

-Business

-Hobbies

-Friendships

Oh, and how could we forget….

Porn Promotes a Simp Culture…just ask Jerry

If lust is the epicenter of your life….there are many actions you will be prone to taking.

Let’s look at our hypothetical, porn addicted simp…

Jerry we will call him.

Jerry is a wage slave who comes home everyday from a job he hates.

To drown out the pain Jerry logs on to his pornhub premium account after scrolling fakebook (delete it) and eating his favorite dinner….hot pockets (ham and cheese of course) washed down with a big swig of mountain dew…..

After a couple of hours watching findom videos Jerry needs another hit of dopamine to recuck his brain…

So he logs onto tinder….

200lbs–>Swipes right

Single mom–>Right

Feminist libtard–>Right

“Only date guys that meet my standards: 6 feet tall, 6 pack, and 6 figures”–>easy right

“Looking for a sugar daddy to pay my tuition while receiving nothing but a 😍 in return.–>Jerry thinks he’s found the one —>Superlike

You see…

porn has made achieving a half second orgasm the peak of existence for simps like Jerry….

This is why we have a culture of men that would rather be tintards and waste hours focusing their attention on mediocre pussy.

Imagine the changes simps like Jerry could make if they redirected that attention towards improving their own lives.

Don’t be a tintard like Jerry….

Quit porn.

“But I need sexual release…and you have endorsed sex robots on twitter…what gives?”

Release once or twice a week if you have to….just don’t use porn. You will lower the risk of addicting yourself to the life killer we call lust/simping.

As far as sex bots…I believe that’s a different topic for a different day, but I will give a short explanation.

Sex robots will serve as a correction to a highly irrational sexual market place. Similar to how the debt bubble bursting will serve as a needed correction to our financial markets.

In addition, sex robots do not expose men to the novelty and third person cuckery that internet porn/VR do.

And most importantly, I believe sex robots do a societal good by lowering demand for sex trafficking.

Aka protects children from the sick pedos in this world. That’s the rationale for my contrasting views between pornography and sex robots.

That being said…..quit internet porn.

My challenge to you is to commit to the next 24 hours refraining from the temptation of lust/porn.

And then I want you to do that 30x in a row.

Comment below if you wish to participate and report back to me in 30 days:

This is not a nofap blog.

I am not claiming that quitting porn will bestow you with mythical superpowers.

Or that  by not rubbing one out you will suddenly transform into the sacred Gigachad and become a God among men.

What I am saying is that quitting porn increases your will power…

and will power is the starting point of self mastery.

Talk to you guys soon.

  1. Hey hello Mike,

I am participating in this challenge as i have actually been trying to quit porn since November 2018.

    No joke.

And I always kept in mind that porn is bad but once i failed a streak of a week or two i really struggle to not start watching it daily.

Now is this another motivation to quit, i first had one, which was quiting porn just because people were saying it was bad even though i never had any negative impact ( yet).

after that i had another one, my girlfriend, she never said i should quit but i just want to.

The third one i got was will power. I am someone with a pretty good will power i would say myself, yesterday i ran 10+ kilometers and my morning routine consists of abs workout, meditation, wim hof method and then reading a book before breakfast as that will also ensure 12 hous of not eating ( intermittent fasting) but i just struggle with the will power for porn.

This challenge with the community is the fifth motivation as the fourth motivation is the worst feeling, I have a hard time keeping my …. hard and haven’t cum yet while havving sex and i could be because of porn.

I am going to do this challenge and i know i can do it.

I still have one question tho. Porn is addicting and tricks your brain into having sex and for that it is very bad.
But having sex does obviously give a lot of dopamine and even stress a little, should i avoid that for this month.

,With Kind Regards Denny Olde Rechterschot

P.S I recommend deleting the website bracket form which needs to be filled in to post a comment. I do not have a website and i think most of the people don’t

  2. Denny,

My issue with porn is not sexual release. Sometimes men need that release to function….what you do with your gf is up to you.

    My issue with porn:

    -Overexposure to novelty

-conditioning yourself to see another man achieve his biological goes—>wiring your reward system to that image.

    -Less drive/Sensitivity to everyday pleasure

    -Addicting

During the month challenge I encourage you to have a process mentality….focusing only one day at a time.

Something that has worked for me is focusing on this process:

    -Limit phone time
-commit to 12 hours at a time
-Stay focused on my other goals

I think have other goals to focus on is key. Good luck Denny.

  3. I’ve made the commitment to quit porn as well as stop watching tv shows and movies for 90 days.

  4. Keep us posted Maurice. The first 90 days is the hardest.

A process that has helped me:

    •construct a plan in advance:
-I will not use my smartphone in bed
-I will not browse the Internet between 5pm-12am
-I will recommit every 12 hours
-I will change my identity…by reminding myself “I am not the kind of person who watches porn.”

    Best of luck Maurice.

  5. Nice post Mikey thank you.

I’m also committing to no porn/masturbation for AT LEAST 90 days (porn forever). I’ve been pretty much flatline for years.

Also gradually removing all forms of cheap dopamine/instant gratification from my life, except the occasional indulgence.

I’ve realized the problem with my thousands of attempts before this one is that I would still entertain and even encourage sexual thoughts, often based on what I had seen in porn.

Wish me luck, jk, don’t need it 😉
